Estimates and Scopes of Work
All quotes and estimates provided via this website or subsequent communication are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. If the scope of work, materials required, or site conditions differ significantly upon inspection, Stacks Welding LLC reserves the right to revise the estimate accordingly.
Service Delivery & Mobile Dispatch
For mobile welding and on-site fabrication, the client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe, accessible, and prepared for heavy equipment operations. Stacks Welding LLC is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, inaccessible sites, or lack of previously agreed-upon materials necessary to begin the weld procedures.
Quality & Guarantees
Stacks Welding LLC guarantees that all welding and fabrication work will be executed to industry standards (e.g., AWS, ASME where specified). However, any subsequent unauthorized modifications, improper use, or extreme operational stressors placed on the welded components beyond their designed load thresholds will immediately void this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Stacks Welding LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the execution of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or structural failures caused by poor initial design supplied by the client.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating state of Stacks Welding LLC. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.
